This is some extreme stuff going on, San Fransisco is really into banning things right now… last week it was “soda being banned” now this week it is “banning pets”?
I don’t know about you, but most all the people I know will drink a soda and have at least 1 pet, I wonder how many people living in San Fransisco drink soda and have pets?

SF has an overpopulation of pets, many of which end up being euthanized. SF Animal Welfare Commission put on the agenda an idea to ban the sale of small animals, including dogs and cats. It was discussed then tabled due to public input. Other cities in CA already ban the sale of small animals. It does not mean you can’t own them or acquire them, it means you can’t sell them.

Ahhhh, so it is even more ridiculous, just the small business pet shop owners they want out of cities… but it is ok to go support the small business in other towns, buy all the pets you want somewhere else and bring them back to live in SF… So where is the logic in that?

I heard on the news that they were having a real problem with hamsters being turned into the area shelters.
