I was outside, a beautiful day in Kentucky, trying to take pictures of my new puppy for my web site and as anyone attempting to do this, it seems to take 30 pictures to get 1 you will use, as puppies are on the go. I walked over to the A frame and just being curious myself, while standing at the center area I reached down and patted the lower part of the A-frame to see just what this pup would do. She started climbing the Aframe! A little nervous about it… I quick took a snapshot then picked her up and took her off the A-frame.
Off she then went to do more investigations, and I stayed standing at the A-frame taking more pictures. I didn’t think to much about it… but then called her to come back and here to my surprise she just started again to climb the A-frame, so I flipped my little camera to video to see just what the heck she would do once to the top.. as you can see in the video, it made me nervous and I went to get her off and was watching her closly… but did encourage her to come down.
I look forward to training “LT” towards a Schutzhund title. She is one smart pup and seems to have no fear…. well at least of A-frames…*grin*
I have since set the A-frame flat. I look forward to dog training at Animal Resorts and Training Center, with David, to once again Schutzhund Title and AKC Title another dog, and see just what he thinks and sees in this new pup to plan and meet the goals I want to attain.
