Great news for dog lovers of all types and haters of silly, ineffective laws. In a knee jerk response to some bad press, the local Louisville Kentucky government went about passing even more dog laws for the uninformed and uneducated dog owners of this state to ignore. Thankfully this time around the typically ineffective bureaucrats were even more ineffective and didn’t bother to follow the basic rule of law so the ordinance was overturned. Dogs 1, Bureaucrats 0. They will just regroup and pass it again. In Los Angeles today, they passed a law that all dogs (except for dogs that are being shown or are owned by breeders) must be spayed or neutered by 4 months of age.
